Q. Where is the marker?

Where is the marker?
Hello, I'm wondering what happened to the old marker that was located at the downtown branch? It was the cornerstone from the old library once at that site. It read " gift of the Carnegie family" and contains much history. It was at the corner of Church and Center Street.

They were moved into storage for safe keeping at the request of a City Council member. The request came because the stones are deteriorating and getting vandalized. The marker is  in storage at the City Corpyard.
