  • All items returned to open branches will be checked in by the next open day at the latest. Due to continued staffing shortages, we are unable to provide immediate check in.
  • Items returned to branches undergoing facility changes (formerly referred to as 24/7 book drops) will still experience a delay as they need to be collected by the courier and brought to an open branch for check-in.

 

Patrons can expect a 2-5 day delay in their items being checked in. If, however, you still are noticing your item on your account, please contact Tel Info or contact the branch directly.

 

For items returned more than 2-5 days previously (depending on return location), staff should mark them claims returned.
