Q. I see items in your catalog but they are not available to request or have zero holdings. Why is this?

Thank you for your question regarding items that are in our catalog, but are not available. There are currently several branches closed for construction and/or renovation and we aren't able to make all of our collection available at the remaining open branches. The items that are being held for these closed branches are currently inaccessible and therefore not showing as available in our catalog. This is a temporary situation and we'll be opening more branches in 2022 and will then be able to make more of our collections available again.
