By default, your PASSWORD/PIN is set to the last four digits of your phone number. (Note: If you received your SCPL card through your school, your password may be your student number). If you haven't changed your PASSWORD/PIN  this should work. If not, you can have your PASSWORD/PIN reset by calling telephone reference at 427-7713 or visiting any branch library. You may also request to have your PASSWORD/PIN reset by replying to this email and including the following information:

Library Card Number
Full Name
Date of Birth
Phone number

If you choose to reset your PASSWORD/PIN by email, please be aware that the library's email system is not encrypted and does not have the security features (such as an online purchasing system) which would enable us to guarantee the privacy of your personal information. If you feel uncomfortable sending personal information in an email, please call or visit.

Your user name is your library barcode number.
